The tracklistings for Side 1 and Side 2 are incorrect on the record sleeve and the record's label. The corrected tracklisting is above.

The sleeve and record's label incorrectly list the track, "FX", as A2. "FX", is not on Side 1.

The record sleeve incorrectly lists only three tracks on Side 2, omitting "FX" and placing "Scratch Tracks" as B3. Additionally, the record's label incorrectly lists the song, "Tuff Dub", as B3. "Tuff Dub", is not on Side 2. The track, "FX", is B3.

Track C1 is identified as "Intro". This is the same track as "FX 2" on the [url=https://www.discogs.com/Tino-Tinos-Breaks-Volume-5-Dub/release/169219]CD version[/url] of this release.
