Small hole 7" issued in a picture sleeve with top opening. The A and B side center labels are swapped, and the runout inscriptions indicate that Youngblood was pressed as the A side. Track B is called Youngblood on sleeve, and Young Blood on center label.
All runout details are hand etched.
